ALL REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL TEAM, PLAYER, OR SUPPORTER REGISTRATIONS.
You may register either as a team or individuals. Individuals may be assigned to a registered team, or the tournament directors may form a team of barbarians pending numbers. Individuals may not simply join a team roster unless they are on their USA or CA roster. All individuals preference will tried to be honored, but the tournament director’s focus will be on safe play of rugby.
For example: If Team A has 14 players, and need a scrum half, and Team B has 14 players and needs a prop, if the Barbarian is a prop they will be assigned to Team B. If each team have a full 15 players, while Team A has 4 locks, and Team B has 1 lock, if the Barbarian is a listed as a lock, they will be assigned to Team B. This method will be used to ensure safe play of rugby.
Decision regarding individual / barbarian player assignments will communicated to the individual and contact of the appropriate team by May 10.
Team and Individual Player Registration provides you transportation to and from the tournament venue; admission, food at the closing ceremonies, and access to other amenities made possible by the hosting teams and sponsors. Team registration may include up to 23 players and 2 coaching staff or supporters. No team may register more than two sides. Each team is required to pay the team registration fee, meaning that two teams may not combine to from one team without permission from the tournament directors.
For any players with the designation for an “Old Boys” match, please be sure to include that designation on your team roster if you are registering with your team, or indicate that on your individual registration.
Supporter registration provides admission to the tournament; transportation between the host hotels and pitches; admission food at opening/closing ceremonies. This does not include a tournament t-shirt or team lunches. Food and beverage will be available for purchase at the tournament venue.

Team rosters and individual player information must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 30.
Late submissions may be assessed a $50 late charge to cover the costs of expedited review, may not be eligible to receive a tournament t-shirt, or may be disqualified from competition.
Team rosters will be used to determine placement of barbarian players, and pool play. All players on your roster must have proper insurance coverage from your national union as it is a requirement of USA Rugby tournament sanctioning. Coverage will be verified by your union in order to determine your eligibility. Coverage must be active by May 15 in order for us to determine your eligibility.
