TOURNAMENT DAY ONE | POOL PLAY
Utilizing standard pool play, each team will play the other three teams in their pool, with breaks and lunch between matches to allow players time to recover. The style of the matches will be two, twenty minute halves with ten minutes in between.
Results of each match will reward points to determine the rank of each pool in order to determine placement in the bracket.
TOURNAMENT DAY TWO | BRACKET PLAY
Following the results from pool play day one, the top two teams from each pool will play a bracket style second and third round. Winners will advance through, leading to the Capital City Cup Finals. The bottom two teams from each pool will play a bracket style second and third round. Winners will advance through, leading to the Capital City Bowl Finals. Championship matches will each have two, thirty minute halves. The teams defeated in the second round games will be placed into a consolation bracket.
Every team is guaranteed five matches, competitors of the Capital City Cup and Bowl will play six matches.

Substitutions: The tournament directors have decided that we will allow up to 8 substitutions. Substitutions are not “rolling”.
